The Gym
We are pleased to provide a new facility at CHB. Our once cobwebby bike shed has been transformed into an airy space to workout during your stays.
The 12 rusty pedal bikes (why does a family of 5 need 12 bikes I ask?) have been replaced with a snazzy Peloton and treadmill. There are a good range of free weights plus a squat rack and mats.
The Gym is reserved for the use of ‘Nation’s Coaching’ during the week. If you’re interested in booking a personal training session during your stay, please message Ash on 07464 954886
At the weekends, the space and equipment are available for B&B guests to use at their own risk. There are instructions near the equipment but please contact Jo to set up the screen for the Peloton.
Whether you want to work up a sweat before jumping in the swimming pond or use some downtime to kickstart a fitness plan, there’s never been a better time!
Gym Guidelines
Use equipment at your own risk, our gym is not supervised.
Equipment for use by registered guests only.
No under 18 years of age may use the equipment without adult supervision.
Follow all directions for use of equipment, improper use can result in injury.
Do not use this equipment without doctor’s permission or while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
Do not over exercise or exercise alone.
Drink plenty of water during exercise.
Wear suitable sports clothing and training shoes
Please wipe down gymnasium equipment after use.
Glass bottles, drinks or food are not permitted other than water bottles
In the interests of safety, CCTV cameras are in operation
