The Gym
Our onsite airy workout space is perfect for working up a sweat before a cold plunge or starting a new habit of finding time for yourself.
The original pan tiled barn (complete with 12 bikes and much rubbish) has been transformed into an open sided vaulted space with a squat rack, weights, treadmill and Peloton bike. Whether you want to stretch out with some yoga, work on your pull ups or take a virtual spin class we hope you’ll make use of it. We are firm believers on breaks away being a time to set intentions and enjoy some ‘me time’. If that can also make you feel better, stronger or fitter then it’s a double win.
The Gym is reserved for the use of ‘Nation’s Coaching’ during weekdays. Providing a premium 1-1 and group service, they transform people’s mental and physical heath for life. If you’re interested in booking a personal training session during your stay, please message Ash on 07464 954886

Gym Guidelines
At the weekends, the space and equipment are available for B&B guests to use at their own risk following these guidelines:
Use equipment at your own risk, our gym is not supervised.
Equipment for use by registered guests only.
No under 18 years of age may use the equipment without adult supervision.
Follow all directions for use of equipment, improper use can result in injury.
Do not use this equipment without doctor’s permission or while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
Do not over exercise or exercise alone.
Drink plenty of water during exercise.
Wear suitable sports clothing and training shoes
Please wipe down gymnasium equipment after use and leave it as you found it.
Glass bottles, drinks or food are not permitted other than water bottles
In the interests of safety, CCTV cameras are in operation
